CESC Mercury battery storage
Three capacities, one all-in-one architecture: lithium iron phosphate cells, liquid cooling, conversion and control in a single cabinet.
Specifications taken from CESC manufacturer documentation. Full datasheets are provided with the quote.

Comparison
What is identical across the three cabinets is written in grey. What sets them apart is in black: that is where the choice is made.

Documentation constructeur partielle sur Mercury 418.
“Not published” means what it says: the manufacturer does not document this specification for this capacity. It is not a missing function, it is a value we do not have and will not estimate on their behalf. It is requested and provided with the quote. On every other line, the source is written under the value.
418kWh
The largest capacity in the range, per cabinet.
The Mercury 418 installs on its own or in a row. The number of cabinets in an installation is decided on your load curve, never by a division.

What the cabinet brings together
An installation assembled on site calls for an integrator, a room, and someone responsible for the whole. An all-in-one cabinet arrives with its six functions already connected and proven at the factory.
- The cells
- Lithium iron phosphate, the chemistry chosen for stationary storage.
- The conversion
- The inverter that turns the cells' direct current into the site's alternating current.
- The cooling
- Liquid, to hold the cell temperature under load.
- The safety
- Detection and suppression, inside the cabinet, described model by model.
- The control system
- The EMS that decides when to charge and when to discharge.
- The enclosure
- The outdoor enclosure, its ingress protection rating and its anti-corrosion treatment.
The choice comes down to two figures: the power your site draws at peak, and how long that peak lasts.
